Every lesson i got from Thich Nhat Hanh on being mindful really changed my way of living and thinking. How to start with meditations, the bells, if very busy how to make time for breathing, example in the middle of work when phone rings wait for 3 bells in those 3 bells breath mindful..wow! Every session is worth every novel by him is amazing. And getting a spiritual name at the end encourges a lot. Thank you soo much for making me mindful. 🙂
